Creative Process

“Right now I’m rather obsessed with stockings as material. During this pandemic time I’ve had very little ability to procure new materials, so rather than pulling from various destinations, as sailors did, I pulled from my various stocks of collections to explore internal “destinations”. This piece is very much a portrait of my pandemic self, a gift of love born from stillness.”
