Artist Bio

Dona currently works with recycled items to create 3-D Art in stained glass, mosaics and assemblage. Her work can be seen at Mars Hall Gallery in Martinsville where she is the owner and Director.

Creative Process

“Sailors created their Valentines with what was available, so I did the same. The inside contains orginal letters, a book of poetry, “On the Bay” by Daniel Irving Gross, that can be gently removed and read. The antique eyeglasses should be put back in their case and the case closed for storage. The box represents life’s inner and outer journey.”
